Yesterday my Dad turned the big 50! Kaylie also her birthday, and is now 17. Jen made their cakes and they looked wonderful & tasted wonderful. My Dad had a big party & served cake & ice cream to all their friends. It kind of felt like a ward party in my parents back yard at one point because so many of their neighbors had come to say hi. My grandparents ended the night by giving him his diploma & congratulating him. It was a great night with lots of family & friends.
Jen & her girls came to stay at the house, and the kids loved having a sleepover every night with their cousins. We have had such a good time with them.
