Looking out my window

The other day I looked out the window and saw this picture- all 3 kids playing together in the sandbox. I had just finished all the laundry & swept the floor and I knew that sand would be everywhere- which it was- However, I LOVED watching the kids play together, I loved how warm it was outside, & I loved having some quiet inside the house- we need more sunny days!

 

Landon's Personaltiy

Through the past 15 1/2 months, I have thought that Landon was a calm, quiet, & sweet baby- which he is, however, I am seeing that his little personality is somewhat "cheesy", mischievious, & overall- adorable! He often times thinks that he is so funny that he will throw his head back, look up and give a huge smile & kind of laugh to himself. It is so funny to watch. My aunt told me the other day that he should be a baby model because of his perfect teeth- the only problem is all the bumps and bruises on his head from falling. Brian thinks he's "top-heavy." One day after seeing 5 or 6 bruises on his head, Kaylie said to me, "Wow, "love is a battlefield" at your house!" Which for Landon- I completly agree- we all just love him so much, and maybe a little to much. :) Landon loves to cuddle & will lay his head on my shoulder while I sing to him- I don't think the other kids liked my voice because no of them EVER did that!
Landon is at such a fun and busy stage. He is so co-ordinated with his hands. He is always putting things in buckets, drawers, baskets, etc. He loves the camera and when I pull it out he looks at me and says "Cheese"- I have trained him well! :)

Boyd's Birthday

We had Boyd over for dinner to celebrate his birthday. One of his favorite meals is meat loaf and potatoes. He also loves green jello with carrots in it- which the kids thought was disgusting when they saw it. Luckily for them, and everyone else, Boyd got his own small dish of carrot lime jello. :) It was fun watching how much love the kids gave Boyd and how excited they were to be celebrating his birthday with him.

 

 

 

Brian & I went to the temple for a friends wedding. I love the Mt. Timp temple & I love watching a beautiful couple getting married in the temple.

BYU Basketball Game

This has been a really fun season of BYU basketball with Fredette playing. Usually we don't watch very many sports at our house, but Brian & Jackson are big fans of Jimmer Fredette & Jackson Emery. Brian told me just yesterday that he was excited for 5:27 today. When I asked him why he said, "You don't know? It's BYU tip off time!" I said, "Oh, I thought it was the time you were going to take me out on a nice hot date!" :)
Jen & Jared were in town and my parents got tickets to the last BYU home game. We had so much fun at the game! Go BYU!

 

 

 

 

First day of Sunshine!

We had a littl break in the weather where we were all able to get out & enjoy the sun. I took the kids to the park & they had so much fun playing and getting all their energy out. If I remember right, it snowed- hopefully now it will stay a little warmer.
