More Cookie Pictures

Brian is trying to show Jackson to frost the cookie, and not eat just the frosting. :)

My Cute Man & Little Man

Morgan loved adding orange sprinkles on to her cookies, it made even more messy, but she was extremely entertained.

Oh, yes, and one of me. Of course. Brian just told me he was taking a picture of the cookies, and then when I loaded the pictures on the computer, I saw that I was on it. So here's a nice halloween picture of me. You can probably notice my little belly beginning to grow. I have about 3 1/2 months left, and I can't help but eat candy... I can't wait for tonight. :) Just kidding!

Halloween Family Night

when I was little, on Halloween my mom would always make sloppy joes for dinner. After we were done trick or treating, we would come home and have sloppy joes along with jello jigglers, potatoe chips, glazed doughnuts, and apple juice. I tried doing this last year, but trying to do it and go trick or treating was kind of hard, so this year I decided to do it for family night. The kids loved the Jello jigglers!
After dinner the plan was to decorate cookies and carve our pumpkins, but during dinner the kids were so ornery! We decided to just to cookies and do the pumpkins another night. Sadly, our pumpkins still haven't be carved because we have been so busy. Oh, well, maybe this year I'll just draw faces on them. :)

the kids loved frosting their own cookies. Most of the frosting ended up in their mouths rather than on the cookies. :)

Funny Girl

The words according to Jackson: "She wearing my hat!" I'm not sure what brought this on. I think Morgan was trying to look cool. :)

Jackson loves balloons! Any time he sees a balloon he points it out, even if it is miles away. Morgan got this at a birthday party, and Jackson wouldn't let go of it. He takes it everywhere he goes. :)

Someone had a little accident with her pants today, so while I was washing them she insisted on still wearing her boots, so I couldn't help but take a pictures. Ha ha ha :)

Fall Family Pictures

Here is a sneak peak at our pictures for our Christmas cards. I will eventually post up our family pictures when it is closer to christmas. I loved the background here.

What a little Miss Priss! She did pretty good for the pictures, but started acting a little silly. I love pictures like this though that show her personality.

Jackson is such a Mama's boy! I LOVE this picture. Isn't he cute! Yesterday we had a conversation that went like this. Me: I love you Jackson
Him: I love you Mommy
Me: I love you so much
Him: I love you so much
Me: I think you are so cute!
Him: You think mine so cute?
He is such a cutie.

I love how goofy he is in this picture. He kept trying his hardest to say "Cheese"
Last night Brian and I went to the temple and today Jackson said to me
"You go to the temple with Daddy?" I said "yep, I went to the temple with Daddy last night. "
Then he responded with," You wear a bootiful dress" Isn't he cute. I love how much he is talking now, and the funny things he says.

Pumpkin Land

For Morgan's joy school all of the mom's went with the kids to the Pumpkin Land. It was fun, but somewhat chaotic because there were a million other kids there, okay, maybe just 50, but still... Morgan and Jackson were a little distracted, and this was the only one I was able to get of them looking decent by a pumpkin... sorry little friend, I had to cut you out of the picture. :)
Jackson & Morgan in the corn maze. I thought it was just a path we went through. I didn't realize that it was an actual maze! Let me just say, that trying to watch 2 toddlers, stay up with the group, take pictures, and not get lost, was almost impossible, but the kids LOVED it and were really cute walking through the corn maze.

I love Morgan's sweater! I love it for 2 reasons... 1. I think it's really cute, and 2. When I went to Idaho to visit Jen & her family, I went with my really good friend Annie to a second hand clothing store. At the end of every month on Friday and Saturday, they have people donate clothes which they then sell for only .25 cents each. So, the sweater cost .25 cents. Can you believe that! I got so many cute clothes for her and my nieces, and they are all in great shape. I found one really cute white long sleeve shirt for my niece that I got for .25cents also. It looks exactly like the one that I paid $7.00 for from Kohls. Wow!
Yeah, another picture together in the pumpkin house. Oh, what funny kids!

Health Food Store

Okay, so I know this is crazy that i have this on here, but I considered it blog worthy. ;) I went to the health food store with my mom the other night to get some prenatal vitamins. I also wanted to get some multi-vitamins for Brian. The lady helping us, seemed like a great expert on this kind of thing. I asked her what multivitamin to get for Brian and she suggested one that Brian would need to take 3 or 4 times a day. Umm, I don't know about your husbands, but pills 3 or 4 times a day, will definatly not fly with Brian or I. Anyway, I asked her if she had one that he would only need to take once a day, and she found one. Great... so now me. I asked if there was a good prenatal vitamin I should be taking. She said the one I'm takin now is basically rocks, which I agree with, so anyway, I asked her if we could find one that I wouldn't have to take 5 times a day. (I was joking, but I don't think she thought I was very funny) So, she found one and was telling me how good it was. She almost had me sold on it, and then I asked her how many times a day I needed to take it. She looked on the back, and then said, "Well, with this pill, you'll need to take it 6 times a day!" 6!!! Are you kidding me???? I wanted to ask if I was supposed to just sit and stare at the pills all day until it was time to take the next one, it's hard enough for me to remember to take 1 a day. I asked her what would happen if I only took 1 a day, I think she kind of glared at me, and explained that that would be foolish, because I wouldn't be getting any nutrients at all, and why even take a pill, if it wasn't going to help. Oh, it was kind of funny. She was very smart though, and knew her stuff, and I honestly wasnt' trying to be annoying. She did find me this great bottle of prenatal vitamins though, that have have all sorts of yummy vitamins in them, plus it's made with food, and not rocks. Anyway, I thought I would share my funny health food story. I think I will just stick with candy! ;)

Cute KIds

What a cutie, I think she is so happy because she is supposed to be in bed. Ha ha ha- if you notice the nice new bedspread she's on... she had fun the other day with my mascara. I was washing the dishes, and heard the bathroom water on, and went to check on the kids- Morgan was helping Jackson wash his hands. I realized that mascara was all over both of their hands, so I cleaned both of them up, and went to see what disaster they had created. On my bed I found 5 nice sized strokes of waterproof mascara, on our brand new comforter. Ugh- I was a little frustrated, but I actually think I handled the situation well. Maybe I need to show her how it only goes on our eyes. ;)
My Handsome Boy! He is such a cutie - don't ya think?!?!?! Lately whenever I say, "I love you" he resonds with "You love me? I love you" It makes my heart melt. he is such a cutie!
Hair after the curlers, a little curly huh? ;) As you can tell, she likes being cute!
I think she'll make a good little mommy and big sister for the baby. she loves putting her baby in real diapers, and putting her down for naps.

Curlers

Morgan likes it when I do her hair in curlers. The other night when I was done doing her hair, I walked out of the room and while I was gone I heard her ask Jackson if she could do his hair. Luckily, his hair is too short for curlers. ;)

Snow in September !?!!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

Can you believe this? Brian and Iwere watching "The man from Snowy River" on Saturday afternoon when the kids were sleeping. Jackson woke up, and we just let him play in our room while we watched the rest of the movie. I sat up at 3:30 to get something for him, and I looked outside & saw the snow-- we couldn't believe it! Snow in september yuck! I love fall, and was sad to think that we might just skip over it, but luckily it was a winter night saturday night during the womens broadcast, but on Sunday it was a gorgeous cool fall day. Hopefully it won't snow anymore for a while, but the kids liked it.
I liked this picture because it is one of the first I have seen where the grass and trees are still a pretty green before all the leaves have fallen off, and they look so pretty, yet a little odd with snow on them. ;)
Jackson was so excited about the snow. Morgan wasn't quite that excited, I think she was still trying to wake up from her nap after I ran in her room and told her it was snowing outside. Jackson wanted to play in it, not realizing that it was freezing.
Here is our beautiful new chevy silverado truck. Brian's jeep, is dying, and only has a little bit longer to live. Our mechanic guy told us it would cost $2000 to fix, and that's not including the transmission which is about to go out soon too. Brian has broken down in it a couple of times, and so we decided that rather than put our money into fixing the jeep up, we would buy a used truck. The jeep has been good to us, and I will miss it. ;) just kidding-not really. I always have kind of a hard time giving up vehicles, because I think of all the places we have been in them, but anyway... We have been looking for a truck the last 2 months, and found this one which we both really like. We got a really good deal on it too, and it already included the shell which Brian really wanted because of all of the tools he hauls around... the fun things with car problems huh. I think I look great driving the truck... maybe I should have Brian take a picture of me driving it huh? ;)
