This year, "Stadium of Fire" was on Saturday night. We were invited to go with Brian's family, and really wanted to see Carrie Underwood, but more importantly, we wanted to spend the night watching fireworks & playing with the kids. So, we picked up Little Ceasar's pizza & had a picnic with our good friends at the local highschool with a perfect view of the fireworks! The kids loved playing with their friends & we loved being able to visit with ours. It was the perfect night! Hallie & Landon even loved the fireworks too. I had changed Hallie into her pajamas just before we went & within 10 minutes of being there she had spilled a can of rootbeer all down her front- typical 2 year old right? :) The kids loved the glow sticks & we had so many yummy treats to share. It is one of our families favorite traditions.
