Hallie turned 5 months old on Saturday. I know I write this every month, but I honestly can't believe how fast time is going with her. She is so much fun, and quite the little tease. She is laughing and makind all sorts of noises, which I love! She doesn't like to be cuddled though... too bad for me because I can't get enough of her little rolls and cheeks. She is such a pleasant baby. I remember thinking in February when she was born that July was so far away, and that she would be 5 months old when Jackson turned 3 wow. I feel so blessed. I love my kiddies so much... they are my world!

More Pictures from Jackson's Birthday
Here's Jackson with his birthday race car cake. I let him & Morgan put the M & M's on the sides, and of course a few got in their mouths too, don't worry, I didn't put those ones on the cake... :)
It kind of looks like Jackson's head huh? Grandpa Nuttall brought the "big blue ball" for Jackson. Something that he has been wanting ever since last year. He was so excited to play with it.
And of course sit on it. :)
A stylish new outfit from Grandpa & Grandma Smith. He looks so cute in it! We had such a fun family party with Jackson. Everyone was so sweet, and he got spoiled! Thanks again family! We love you so much!

Nuttall Swim Party
Brian's Uncle Reed & Aunt Karen from Chicago, decided to have a big pool party at the country club with all of the Nuttall family. We had such a fun time! The weather was wonderful, the food was delicious, and the kids loved the swimming. Brian even had Jackson jump off the diving board to him... I couldn't because of my deathly fear of heights... :) although, I'm sure Brian would have caught me... :) Actually I was too busy visiting to really swim, so Brian, Josh, Janelle, & Brittany all swam with the kids while I stayed in the shallow part and talked. It was so nice being able to relax, and we all had such a nice time.
My brother in law Josh, and my cute niece Jayden. Jeff had to work.
Grandpa Nuttall with his cool and stylish sunglasses, and Grandpa Boyd. For some reason they didn't swim, I don't know why... I would have helped them in the water, and they could've even used Jackson and Morgan's floaties... :)

Happy Birthday Jackson!!!
Today, Jackson is 3 years old! I can't believe that 3 years ago I was impatiently waiting his arrival. Jackson was like Morgan and came right on his due date. When I first found out we were having a boy, I was excited, but also nervous. I hadn't been around boys very much, and didn't really know how to take care of one, but as the saying goes "A boy is a joy!" and that is so true. Jackson has been so much fun! I had no idea that boys could be so much fun. I thought that he would look exactly like Brian, and I was shocked when he came out with blonde hair, and my nose and mouth, and he was a little bruised up too, the poor guy... wasn't exactly the most attractive baby :) but we loved his sweet little spirit instantly. Jackson has always loved to cuddle. The only way he would sleep well through the night was if he was cuddling with me, & I LOVED it! (It's funny now, because Hallie & Morgan love their space, and Jackson still loves to cuddle.) I am so grateful to have Jackson in our family, and in my life. He can always make us laugh & has such a sweet and strong spirit. He is so social with everyone he sees, and is constantly talking
about when he is older, and the things he will do. He loves to play with Morgan, and treats Hallie so well, and he loves it when it's just the boys (he and Daddy) and when they go camping, or when Jackson can go to work with him, and help him out with little things. My sweet little boy is 3... where did that little baby go? It's gone way to fast, but I love all the things he's learning, and how he says "Mommy, tell me who you love" I love YOU Jackson!
Last night we took the kids to a park to take some 3 year old pictures of Jackson. He's getting out of the toddler stage, and growing into the cutest little boy!
These are some of our favorites... what a handsome little kid! Here are some more pictures through the last 3 years of our little guy.
Jackson has been such a fun little boy. He makes life even more enjoyable. Happy Birthday!

What do you think of Flowers?
I have seen these flower headbands on little babies before, and thought they were adorable, but when I put it on Hallie's head, I thought it looked too big... What do you think? We did some practice pictures, and I personally think that Jackson looks the cutest! :) The kids were in the kitchen eating watermelon, and I couldn't decide what I thought of the bow, so I had everyone try it on. Brian didn't really like the idea of me putting it on Jackson's head, but I was positive that Jackson would look adorable... what made it worse for Brian was the cute little pose that Jackson did. I then asked Brian if I he would try on the bow for me too, & he said "No way, because then your blog about it!" Whatever!!! I would NEVER put embarrassing pictures of Brian on here. (especially if they show any sort of feminine side) :) ha ha ha Actually, Brian said that he would wear the bow, I could take pictures, and even blog or do a scrapbook page about it IF.... I would give in to going on any & every roller coaster with Brian for the rest of my life... no holding back, so as you see, there are NO pictures of Brian on here... it's too bad I'm deathly afraid of roller coasters... I was so close having some really cute pictures of Brian on here, he wouldn't even try it on to take a picture, but at least you get to see a picture of me and the kids... maybe next time! :) So, who do you think looks the best with the flower? It's meant for Hallie...does she look okay with it on? It might be a little big, but looks cute with her chubbiness :)

4th of July
I love the 4th of July! I think it has become my favorite holiday. Usually we wake up early and go to the balloons, but this year we slept in a little... until 6:45, and by the time we made it for the parade, it was going to start in an hour, so we skipped the balloons this year. The kids were so excited for the parade. My family is REALLY loud... you know that family that keeps talking & yelling at everyone that walks by for candy...yep, that's my family, and most of the time I'm proud of it, until people start giving us funny looks... :) This year there was a sweet little girl walking by, with half a bag full of salt water taffy. As she was walking by us we all cheered for her, and she came and dumped the WHOLE bag on Morgan's and Jackson's lap. Of course they were excited!
Me & my sweetheart. We had so much fun together, and I love spending any time with him.
I love this picture of Brian and Jackson watching the parade. Jackson loved seeing the horses, but Morgan wondered were the cows were, and by the way, if milk comes from cows, does water come from horses? :)
Doesn't Brian look hot!!!! I know you all secretly think he does, but I saw this picture, and this is the smile and face I fell in love with... aaaahhhh... he still melts my heart... :)
My mom, and sisters (Brianna & Carly) & Ja
ckson. & Cameron & Jackson, and no, Jackson's teeth are not that yellow... it's a yummy laffy taffy! :)
After the parade, we went up the canyon with Brian's family. Janelle (Brian's sister) and Josh just came back from Switzerland where they have lived for the last 2 years! We are so excited to have them back home! They met Collin and Hallie for the first time, & it was so nice being around them again. We ate the best food ever for the 4th of July... Kentucky Fried Chicken. I told Josh, "Greasy, salty, fatty, & yummy... God Bless America!" :) ha ha ha But really KFC is one of my favorite parts of the 4th of July, and I ate one of those buckets behind Janelle all by myself (ha ha ha yeah right! :)

After the canyon, Brian went golfing with his Dad, Josh, & uncle. They had a lot of fun, and while they were gone I went with the kids to my parents for a barbeque, and my mom made the most delicious trifle I have ever had... yummmmmy! I will have to get the recipe because she said it was so easy. After the barbeque, Brian came and picked us up and we went with some good friends (neighbors) and watched the fireworks. It was so nice and relaxing letting the kids run around & play with their friends while Brian and I could visit with ours. We had such a nice 4th of July, and I am so grateful for the freedom we have in this country. I am grateful that I live here. I love hearing the bagpipes (even though they're scottish) :) and watching the flag go by. God Bless America... Land that I love!
