Snow in September !?!!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

Can you believe this? Brian and Iwere watching "The man from Snowy River" on Saturday afternoon when the kids were sleeping. Jackson woke up, and we just let him play in our room while we watched the rest of the movie. I sat up at 3:30 to get something for him, and I looked outside & saw the snow-- we couldn't believe it! Snow in september yuck! I love fall, and was sad to think that we might just skip over it, but luckily it was a winter night saturday night during the womens broadcast, but on Sunday it was a gorgeous cool fall day. Hopefully it won't snow anymore for a while, but the kids liked it.
I liked this picture because it is one of the first I have seen where the grass and trees are still a pretty green before all the leaves have fallen off, and they look so pretty, yet a little odd with snow on them. ;)
Jackson was so excited about the snow. Morgan wasn't quite that excited, I think she was still trying to wake up from her nap after I ran in her room and told her it was snowing outside. Jackson wanted to play in it, not realizing that it was freezing.
Here is our beautiful new chevy silverado truck. Brian's jeep, is dying, and only has a little bit longer to live. Our mechanic guy told us it would cost $2000 to fix, and that's not including the transmission which is about to go out soon too. Brian has broken down in it a couple of times, and so we decided that rather than put our money into fixing the jeep up, we would buy a used truck. The jeep has been good to us, and I will miss it. ;) just kidding-not really. I always have kind of a hard time giving up vehicles, because I think of all the places we have been in them, but anyway... We have been looking for a truck the last 2 months, and found this one which we both really like. We got a really good deal on it too, and it already included the shell which Brian really wanted because of all of the tools he hauls around... the fun things with car problems huh. I think I look great driving the truck... maybe I should have Brian take a picture of me driving it huh? ;)

September

Here is Morgan's 1st day of Joy School. I had some friends in our ward ask me if Morgan would like to do it, and she LOVES it. It has been such a fun experience for her. On her first day, they made bread, and she was so proud of herself as you can see. ;)

Since, Morgan got to make bread, the next time she was at Joy school, I let Jackson help me make banana bread. He kept saying "my turn" when he wanted to stir the dough- what a cute little helper.
Yes, here are more pictures of the kids. Morgan is now hitting the point where she gives me a goofy smile. Oh well, I guess it shows her personality even better. :)

What a cute little boy! I love this kid! He wasn't really in the picture mood, but we still go some cute pictures.

Where are the kids?

Brian had the kids hide in my new shoe shelf. They look nice and cozy huh?!
Here they are pretending that they are asleep. They lasted for about 5 minutes, and then Jackson had decided that he had had enough, and needed more room and more space. :)
My sweet little kids. The other day, Jackson woke up and could hardly open his eyes, he walked into our room, and saw his hat on the ground. With eyes squeezed shut, he bent down, picked up the hat, and tried to put it on his head. He ended up getting it half way on with the front part right above his right ear, he then climbed in bed, and decided to cuddle with me. It was so cute watching him!
Here is a sneak peak of Morgan's halloween costume. I was trying to get a picture of Jackson in his, but he was being difficult. Morgan was trying to help me take a picture of him, and kept calling to him to look at her camera so she could take a picture of him. I love how she is in the photographer pose, even in a skirt! :)

Silly Kids

Our crazy little kids love playing in the laundry basket.
I love this outfit! I got the boots for her at target the other
day, and I LOVE them. She looks so cute- don't ya think?!
She was being kind of silly and wouldn't hold still for the
picture, but we finally got this one. I love it!
I finally turned on the Nemo sprinkler for my kids this
week. It has been so hot, that I haven't wanted to even
sit outside, so it finally cooled down a little bit, and the
kids loved it. Jackson loved running around in the cold
water, and Morgan was being a dainty lady, and only let
her toes touch the water. ;)
A little Bright Huh?

Girls Camp

Here's me and one of my favorite Y.W. (Haley) and here is our big group. We had 18 beehives
come... not all are pictured, because some came later during the day, but don't we look so cute
in our matching shirts. ;)

Say Cheeeese.... I think the family, (especially Brian) were happy to see me. ;)
